I can't save any information that I type into this program. I think it has something to do with the way our IT department set the system up. I just want to know how to save a calculation and all of the data that goes into it so that I can retrieve the information at some point in the future.

The best advice that I can give you is to first look for a solution in InstruCalc's help file, but that's only possible if you're using a Window version older than Windows 10. Additionally, getting in touch with your company's IT department could also help clear things out. Lastly, if the problem is caused by the software itself, you would probably be best served by contacting the application's developers directly using this email address: support@chempute.com and asking them for a solution to your problem.
